WARNING: TAKEOUT NOODLES WILL NOT TASTE AS GOOD AS FRESH ONES
When noodles cool down and are not eaten right away, they get bloaty, mushy, oily, and tasteless. If you must takeout, please at least try the noodles in store or right out of the to-go containers when it's handed to you to know what it's suppose to taste like!

Cold Noodles

[A1] Liang Pi Cold Skin Noodles These bouncy and chewy "noodles" are made entirely of plain wheat flour (the cubes are not tofu, but gluten).Typically served with all of our proprietary sauces, this healthy, vegetarian dish is packed with flavor. It is served in a juicy cool mess that will have you wanting more. [B1] Stewed Pork Burger Stewed pork, soaked in a rich meat broth, diced into small pieces and stuffed into a crispy and warm bun. Soups

[C1] Lamb Meat Soup We simmer lamb meat and bones to make a rich broth, which we use in our lamb soup items. This is the basic lamb meat soup, with the lamb meat being boiled and sliced, along with rice noodles and cilantro. [C4] Lamb Pao-Mo Soup If you have been to Xi'an and been around the best food spots, you will most definitely have seen people eating lamb meat soup with pieces of hard bread in it. [N3] Mount Qi Pork Hand-Ripped Noodles (Spicy, Sour) $6.00	[N4] Stewed Pork Hand-Ripped Noodles Stewed pork served with our wide hand-pulled noodles. [N5] Mount Qi Vegetables Hand-Ripped Noodles Similar to the Mount Qi Pork Hand-Pulled Noodles, except served with vegetables and is not spicy (unless requested). [N5] Mount Qi Vegetables Hand-Ripped Noodles $6.00	[N6] Concubine's Chicken Hand-Ripped Noodles The dark meat chicken in this dish is tender and flavorful, and the flavoring is similar to the Stewed Pork Noodles, but being that it is chicken, gives it a different taste. [N8] Spicy Hot Oil Seared Hand-Ripped Noodles This ultra-spicy, vegetarian noodle is a little more special than all of the hand-ripped noodles on the menu. The name pretty much sums it up: it is noodles that is cooked and then our chili powder blend is spread on top of the noodles and seared by pouring hot boiling (soybean) oil over it, creating a fresh hot chili oil, and mixed in with the noodles. This dish is all about the noodles and spice (but of course, it does have a touch of cabbage to balance out the textures). [N8] Spicy Hot Oil Seared Hand-Ripped Noodles $6.00	[N9] Pork "Zha Jiang" Hand-Ripped Noodles "Zha Jiang Mian" is the actual name of this noodle dish. "Zha Jiang" refers to the pork with soy sauce that is used in these noodles. The sauce is savory with a bit of sweetness to it. Cold Dishes

[L1] Tiger Vegetables Salad (Cold & Spicy) Contrary to logic, there is no such thing as one vegetable that is called the "tiger vegetable," nor is this salad called "Tiger Vegetables Salad" because it resembles a tiger in appearance in any way. The reason is because this salad is packed with jalapeno peppers, along with flavorful greens such as cilantro and scallions, giving it a strong (fierce like a tiger, you can say) flavor.
