Having once been the starting point of the Silk Road, Xi'an celebrates its diversity and boasts a unique cuisine that may be best described as a fusion of Middle Eastern and Chinese foods.

Here at Xi'an Famous Foods, we look to reintroduce to the world this unique cuisine in its most authentic form, as we believe the food was meant for the world to enjoy, just as it was once enjoyed by Silk Road traders passing through Xi'an.
